Gold?!

Yes, I make them in gold too! Any of my cobs I can make in 24k gold instead of fine silver. I can make them in any size you like, but the most common are either 1/2 ounce (15.5 grams) or a full ounce (31 grams).
Because the price of gold fluctuates so greatly I don't bother listing the exact price here. But, what I charge for my artwork above the gold price remains mostly constant. For gold cobs I charge $200 above the cost of the gold. So, if the gold price is roughly $2,000 per ounce, the cob will cost you $2,200 including shipping as always.
Sound expensive? Yes. Gold is darn expensive. But! Compare my pricing to ANYone else offering any sort of gold cobs out there. You will find that most others charge $1,000-$2,000 for the labor to make you a gold cob, where I am only charging $200. So, in comparison, this is by far the cheapest solid gold cob you are going to find. If you find something cheaper it is because it is fake or just gold plated silver, or some other metal. And most of the other artists out there making gold cobs pour them into molds, so your cob would look identical to every other cob that artist makes.....which of course is not authentic at all. With mine, just like the silver ones, each cob is unique, and made exactly how they would have been back in the pirate days, so it is truly a one-of-a-kind work of art made just for you.
